By arranging our accommodation in Courts, we aim to give each of our residents a real sense of independence and community. No wonder we’re a national leader in the provision of housing, care and support services for people aged 55 and over.

We need a confident, self-sufficient person to manage Wykeham Lodge, Merton. An extra care housing scheme of 33 apartments with full on-site care provision,this service has been developed in partnership with the London Borough of Merton. You’ll lead and motivate a team of care staff to ensure we deliver high quality services to demanding standards and promote and develop the scheme as a vital local resource. In fact, it will be very much like running your own business!

To be up to the challenge, you’ll need first-classmanagement, communication and organisational skills, a good knowledge of the regulations covering care provision and a sound understanding of the needs of older people. Along with sound IT skills, you will need to develop strong links with the local social services and the Commission for Social Care Inspection. You’ll also be capable of identifying and implementing service improvements to make life even better for our residents.
