When I read the advert I loved the way it was written, full of enthusiasm And I felt I had everything required for the job. New exciting venture.
About my job
Extra Care Housing Court Manager. I am responsible for managing the care and the building. Very busy, hectic role especially in a new build such as Charles Court.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Every day is completely different. I arrive in the morning with intention of doing daily tasks and go home at night not having done any of them but been busy every bit of the day.
What is it like to work at Housing 21?
I feel that Housing 21 appreciates what I do. I am continually complimented for my work and feel my views are taken into consideration. Training is fantastic and so are the people.
Where do you see yourself in two years time?
Hopefully taking on another new Extra Care Home or mentoring someone who has, therefore giving them the benefit of my experiences.
