How much does it cost?

Our rents and service charges vary from court to court. Rest assured however that as a not for profit housing association we set reasonable rents and provide accommodation that is affordable for people on low incomes. Some people will also be able to claim housing benefit to help meet their housing costs. Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own council tax.
