Applying for sheltered housing

There are a number of ways to apply and our How to Apply leaflet will give you full information and our Service Standards leaflet will let you know what you can expect from Housing 21:

• Complete our housing application form to join our waiting list. Click here to download the form, then print and complete it and post it back to us at 9 Avro Court, Ermine Business Park, Huntingdon, Cambs PE20 6WG. Alternatively, you can contact our Lettings and Marketing team on 0845 606 6363 or by email at lettings@housing21.co.uk. They will send an application form to you.
• Call our Lettings and Marketing team on 0845 606 6363. They will provide information and advice on our properties and vacancies. In addition they can guide you through the application process and help arrange a property viewing.
• Arrange to visit a court. Go to Search for a property and once you have identified a court you like then call our Lettings and Marketing team on 0845 606 6363 who will help to arrange a visit to the court/s of your choice. We positively encourage court visits to ensure the accommodation and services meet your needs. Our court managers will be happy to show you around and then help you to complete an application form at the court itself.

What happens next?

Once we have received your completed application, you will be placed on our housing register which is kept in date order. You are welcome to apply for more than one scheme. You will be contacted as soon as we are able to offer you a new home.
