Resident information
Providing useful information for our extra care housing residents is very important to us. We provide a range of handbooks, newsletters and fact sheets such as:
- Residents Handbook - this is given to everyone who moves into a Housing 21 property and provides all the information needed to settle into your new home plus the services and facilities we offer, information on your tenancy and your rights and responsibilities as a resident.
- Full House - Full House is our free quarterly magazine full of news and views from Housing 21 residents all around the country plus useful features on our services and interesting lifestyle articles.
You can download the latest copies of Full House here:
- Money Matters - Housing 21 knows how important money matters are to everyone and so we employ two benefits managers to advise on the ever-changing world of benefits entitlements. Money Matters is the free newsletter they produce providing up-to-date information on welfare and housing benefits and other useful advice on managing your money.
You can download the latest copy of Money Matters here:
- Money Matters: Spring 2006
- Welfare Benefits Service - This is a fact sheet about the services we offer, through our benefits managers and court managers, to help make sure all our residents are receiving their full entitlement to benefits.
You can download our current welfare benefits leaflet here:
- Housing 21: Welfare benefits
- Service Standards - This provides information on the quality services we aim to provide to our residents in areas such as tenant partnership, repairs and maintenance, our court manager service, financial information and equality and diversity.
