extra care housing

How much does it cost?

Most of Housing 21's extra care housing is for rent and our rents and service charges vary from court to court. Rest assured however that as a not for profit housing association we set reasonable rents and provide accommodation that is affordable for people on low incomes.

Some people will also be able to claim housing benefit to help meet their housing costs. In addition, you may have to pay an additional charge for the care you receive - again this varies from court to court and depends on the level of support you require.
