Home Contents Insurance Policy
A special household contents insurance is available to all Housing 21 residents from Royal & Sun Alliance.
You are strongly advised to insure your belongings, furniture or decorations against fire, theft, vandalism or water damage, as Housing 21 does not insure these items.
Items covered under this policy include:
- Freezer contents
- Lost or stolen keys
- Pedal cycles and computer equipment in your home
- Cost of alternative accommodation
There is also the option to cover:
- accidental damage
- personal belongings
- wheelchairs
- hearing aids
