Paying for your homes and services

Service charge

In addition to the rent, a service charge will be payable to cover the cost of the court manager service (if you have one) and items such as cleaning, lighting and heating of communal areas, gardening, window cleaning etc.

A written summary of costs will be sent to you prior to any service charge change. Housing 21 produce a series of service charge policy statements that you will find on your court notice board for your information. Please also find below a copy of our service charges leaflet for download.
