How Are We Doing?
We aim to continually improve the services we offer and welcome all feedback, whether good or bad, on any aspect of our work. We listen to your suggestions, we welcome your compliments and we will deal with your complaints fairly.
Making a complaint
If you are not happy with any part of our service, please let the relevant member of staff know. If the member of staff cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you have the right to make a complaint. You can make your complaint either in writing or by telephone. You can write to us at:
