Getting Involved
Partnership
Housing 21 actively encourage tenants to become involved in the running of the courts and influencing policies and procedures. How far you get involved is up to you. Some tenants enjoy being involved in the formal consultation structures such as tenants’ associations, or consultative forums. Others prefer a more informal way of representing the views of their court. Your Court Manager can give you more information about how you can become involved.
Keeping You Informed
We give tenants regular information on the work of the Association through a quarterly magazine called Full House. We also distribute regular newsletters to ensure that we keep you up to date with what is happening in Housing 21 Oldham.
Consultation
We will consult you regularly on issues affecting your home. We may contact you by letter, by personal visit, hold a general meeting at your court, send out a tenant satisfaction survey, liaise with you through the tenants association, and/or ask you to be involved.
For further information about getting involved in your court, contact your regional office.
