Housing 21 Service Promise
Housing 21 has developed the Service Promise in response to the needs and requests of our residents. When you require help we will provide information and support in accessing services in these areas:
- Cleaning - we will help you to access a local cleaning service matching service with your needs
- Shopping - we will provide information about shops in the local area and assistance will be provided in accessing a home delivery and/or a shopping service should you need it
- Transport - details about local public and community transport, taxis and outings will be made available to assist you to get out when you want to
- Lifelong learning - opportunity for learning will be promoted and where required the court manager will assist residents in accessing classes on and off the court. This will include accessing a local, mobile or court library
- Money - Benefit information and advice is available enabling you to maximise your income. This will include leaflets, support and information about local funding sources
- Health - your health is important and we will offer support in accessing local health services by providing information, leaflets and where appropriate facilitate health practitioners to visit the court. We will also assist you in accessing a prescription delivery service
- Social Activity - social activities will be encourage and promoted on and off the court
