There are several independent agencies that offer advice, which you can contact at any time before or during the complaints process.
AIMS
A specialist impartial service for residents of sheltered housing. As part of Age Concern England, AIMS has a deep understanding of the particular issues and concerns of older people.

The Housing Corporation
A national government agency, which monitors and controls the activities of housing associations. It will investigate complaints made against Housing 21 provided our own complaints procedure has been followed and completed.
