Benefits and allowances

Each court has a benefit information centre positioned in the communal area which contains useful advice on the variety of grants and allowances that you may be entitled to. We have welfare benefit managers who have a programme of courts to visit each year to provide financial checks and benefit advice. They have been successful in increasing individual tenants' incomes, in some cases significantly. Equally court managers have been trained to assist with giving benefit information.
