Accessing care and support
Help at home
Housing 21 knows that over time people's needs can change and if you are finding that day to day tasks are becoming harder to manage in many areas of the country we can provide a support service to help you.
What our service can offer
- Personal care - help with personal hygiene, getting up or going to bed
- Shopping and domestic chores - we can help with domestic chores and either do your shopping for you or go with you to help you do your own shopping
- Preparing meals - preparing food that you choose, at a time that suits you
- Personal affairs - we can help you with things like paying bills, collecting pensions or going to the bank
- Enabling and befriending - we can take you out to the library, a club or to a day centre where you will have company or we could simply spend time with you.
If you would like more information on this service please speak with your court manager or call or email enquiries@housing21.co.uk
