We are a national leading charity which:

  • manages over 16,000 sheltered, extra care apartments and bungalows in over 400 schemes
  • delivers over 54,000 hours of care and support a week making us one of the largest providers of domiciliary care services in the country
  • runs the largest sheltered housing PFI in Oldham.
  • operates the only housing association sector dementia centre of excellence - Housing 21 Dementia Voice
  • influences the development of dementia services and specialist older people's mental health services
  • undertakes research to understand the needs, views and aspirations of older people.
