New staff for key posts at Housing 21

Housing and care RSL Housing 21 has made a series of appointments as part of a change in structure at the organisation.

Jackie Carter (pictured) joins the organisation in the new post of corporate services director, taking on responsibility for human resources, procurement, communications and corporate marketing and audit, risk and regulation. Previously central services director at Southern Housing Group, her career includes working at Hyde Housing Association.

Helen Jebson takes on the new role of head of communications and corporate marketing. She was previously marketing and communications manager at Housing 21, joining the organisation in 2000. Her background includes spells at the Anchor Trust and the William Sutton Trust.

Jane Gibney has joined the organisation in the new post of diversity manager. She has extensive experience in the diversity field, most recently with telecommunications company NTL. She has also worked for the Open University and British Transport Police.
