Tayo Bilewu, Director of New Business and Development

Tayo Bilewu joined Housing 21 in 1998 and was appointed a Director in April 2002. He is a construction professional with in depth knowledge of property development, building design, procurement, construction, contract management, quality control and project delivery.

As Director of New Business and Development, his role involves exploring and developing future strategic directions for growing all aspects of Housing 21's retirement housing business, project managing aspects of major growth initiatives and overseeing the effective and efficient management of Housing 21's construction projects.
