Pushpa Raguvaran, Deputy Chief Executive, Commercial Director and Board member

Pushpa has been with Housing 21 for over 12 years with responsibility for Finance, ICT and Corporate Projects.

Prior to this she spent a period in the City working for the investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. As a member of the PFI team, she was involved in transactions raising private finance for housing associations, a housing action trust, hospitals and universities.

She has also worked for Circle 33 Housing Trust, a large London housing association for seven years as finance director. Her career started in the civil service where she trained as an accountant working for the Department of Transport and Department for National savings.

Puspha is also a Board member of Oldham Retirement Housing Partnership and Kent Community Partnership.
