Paul Richards, Director of Property & Customer Support

Paul joined Housing 21 in April 2007 from Homeserve plc where he was Managing Director of Homeserve Heating Services.

Prior to this Paul enjoyed a 20 year career within Centrica, working for both British Gas and The AA, holding a variety of roles including engineering management, operational management, customer service delivery, e-commerce and enterprise wide business transformation. He is a fully qualified Chartered Engineer.

Paul is a Board member of  Housing 21 Guernsey.
