Melinda Phillips, Chief Executive & Board Member

Melinda has been Chief Executive of Housing 21 for 15 years and is a Board member of Housing 21 and Housing 21 Guernsey.

She was previously Chief Executive of a large London based RSL for 8 years and has worked in the RSL sector for most of her career, starting life as a housing officer.

During her career Melinda has been a government appointee on numerous boards and government task forces. Notable ones include a London Health Authority, a Housing Action Trust, and the recent Long Term Care Task Force following the Wanless Report.
