Matthew Harker, Board Member

Matthew is currently a Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of UBS Investment Bank and previously part of the Mergers and Acquisitions Team at NM Rothschild Investment Banking. He has worked for PriceWaterhouse Coopers in Auckland, Singapore and London as an investment banker specialising in Project and Corporate Finance and in a Social Housing Team.

Matthew worked as financial and commercial advisor to Islington Council on a social housing scheme PFI contract and to the UK Housing Corporation when they were opening a £3.9 billion National Affordable Housing Programme 2006-8 grant allocation to private developers. Matthew is a member of the Housing 21 Audit , Risk and Regulation Committee, on the Board of Oldham Retirement Housing Partnership Limited and Chair of Kent Community Partnership Limited.
