Jackie Carter, Director of Corporate Services

Jackie joined Housing 21 in December 2006 from Southern Housing Group where she was Central Services Director.

She is an MBA/CIPD qualified Corporate Business Director with senior management experience in the manufacturing and not for profit sectors. Jackie possesses over ten years experience of managing department portfolios including human resources, employee development, IT, company secretarial and governance, communications, facilities management and health and safety.
