About us
Housing and services at the heart of the community
Housing 21's housing and support services have a key role as a focal point for the local community and we aim to provide resources which support local council's preventative strategies. Strategies and approaches which promote the quality of life of older people and engagement with the community.
- Extra care housing
- Community engagement
- Health and care matters
- Home ownership options
- Quality retirement housing
Working with our partners we ensure we provide a real community resource from our buildings linking with local voluntary organisations, schools, hospitals and businesses. In this way our schemes and services become integrated into the surrounding community.
Our strength lies in our national experience coupled with our flexibility and ability to adapt - we never prescribe a "one size fits all" approach but work with our partners to provide the housing and range of services which fit each particular locality. This ensures that Housing 21 provides older people with homes where they can maintain and develop long term relationships and services which mean they can enjoy life to the full and remain fully involved with their local community.
