Corporate Structure

Group Structure and Members

The group is made up of Housing 21 (the main trading company and parent) and three active subsidiaries.

Oldham Retirement Housing Partnership Limited (ORHP), is an industrial and provident society and special purpose vehicle formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of Housing 21 to contract with Oldham Council in the performance of the PFI contract

Housing 21 Guernsey is a company limited by guarantee and registered in Guernsey set up solely to work on the island.

War Memorial Village Derby is a private company limited by guarantee, a registered charity and subsidiary of Housing 21 to work in Derby.
